However, any discount or promotional activities need to be approved by the Regional Marketing Director.
2: For customers purchasing products online, the company will forward the order details to our stores. Based on the customer's location, the nearest store will provide shipping services.
3: Regardless of whether the purchase is made in-store or online, our company provides service support, including exchanges, inspections, repairs, and more. If there is a store in your area, please visit the nearest store for assistance, and our staff will help you resolve any issues. If there is no store in your area, you can seek help through our official website.
4: The online purchase service on our official website is currently only available to customers in the EU region. For customers in other regions, you may need to use a transit country to place your order. Any additional shipping costs incurred will need to be borne by you. We apologize that we do not currently offer online purchasing services to customers outside of Europe.
5: Our website supports credit card payments. We recommend using credit cards issued in EU countries as our products are priced in Euros. For customers outside the Eurozone, please refer to the product page for specific exchange rate changes.
