For customers who choose to purchase online, we will ship the products via DHL within 7-30 days after payment is completed.

However, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time to your hands, as it may vary due to the distance of your location or weather conditions.

Based on our past orders, the shipping time for parcels within the EU region is approximately 7 days, provided there are no delays. If delays occur due to other reasons, the shipping time may be extended.

If you have not received your package after 30 days from the date of shipment, you can contact our staff for assistance or request to cancel your order. When applying for a refund, please specify the reason for your request, which will help in the approval process.
